Recruitment Eligibility
- Educational Qualification:
- AA – qualified in 12th examination and 60% are more marks in math and physics and at least one of the subject chemistry/biology/computer science from the board of school education recognised by ministry of Education Government of India.
- SSR – qualified in 12th examination with Math and physics and at least one of the subjects chemistry/biology/computer science from the board of school education recognised by ministry of Education Government of India.
- Age Limit:
- Candidates should be born between 1 August 2002 to 31 July 2005.
Pay and allowances
During the initial training period a stipend of ₹14,600 per month will be admissible. On successful completion of initial training day will be placed in level 3 of the defence pay matrix.
Selection Procedure
Shortlisting of candidates would be based on every great percentage of 10 in physics mathematics and at least one of the subject chemistry/biology/computer science in the qualifying examination. Shortlisting will be carried out state wise in a ratio of 4 times the number of vacancies. The cut of marks may vary from state to state and vacancies have been allotted in a state wise manner. The shortlisted candidate would be issued call up later for retain examination and PFT.
Written Test
Indian Navy SSR AA Online Form 2022 One common examination will be conducted for AA and SSR entries. Question paper will be billingual and objective type. The question paper will comprise of four sections i.e. English, Science, Mathematics and General Awareness. The standard of the question paper will be that of 10+2 level examination is available on website.Duration of examination will be 1 hour. All candidates appearing for written examination would be subjected to PFT on the same day.
Physical Fitness Test (PFT)
Qualifying in Physical Fitness Test is mandatory for selection. PFT will consist of 1.6 km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 uthak baithak and 10 pushups. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk.
