Quality of life means to enjoy the life with new steps in any environment. Everyone had one life and a right to live it as they want. To know the relationship between activities and quality of life, it is essential to know the exact meaning of these terms. Activities mean physical activities such as running, jumping, walking, cycling, jogging, exercise, games sports etc.

Quality of life means how you live your life and how healthy you are. If you are healthy and enjoying your life then it can be said that you have a good quality of life. In contrast, if you are diseased for ill or in the hospital on life support system and can’t function properly then you are just to have a poor quality of life. Quality of life depends on how well an individual is living and not just existing.

How to Improving the quality of life?

Here I am giving the following 4 tips to improve the quality of life.

1. Enhance Mental Health

if you want to improve your quality of life and living structure you should improve your mental health of individuals by relieving anxiety, stress, tension, anger and depression. Physical activities do not only provide the sensation of feeling good but also improve general wellness. Physical activities improve the flow of oxygen which directly affect the brain and prevents memory loss, dementia etc. These activities boost energy levels, improve self- esteem and prevent mental illness. If you are active by indulging in activities, you are likely to feel happier, more satisfied with life and have a better sense of well being.

2. Weight control

Exercise should be done it helps in controlling weight. It is a well-known fact that being overweight and obese usually lead to diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, arthritis, etc. Those who don’t do exercise regularly take more calories than required the extra calories are accumulated in the body in the form of fat. Fat deposition can be controlled or reduced by burning extra calories through physical activities.

Replace ‘ No pain No gain ‘. With ‘No fun, No future ‘. If you are not enjoying yourself,  you won’t be able to sustain it.so,you should enjoy your life in every situations and every environment.

3. Keep a training or journal

Take time to recognize these little improvements to your daily quality of life – it can increase your motivation.  Reflect on how you feel before, during and after exercise. It’s a great way to track your progress. Because sometimes it may be difficult to do exercise at home every day, so you may keep a trainer and going to the gym for physical activities and exercises.

4. Enhance sex life

performance benefit from moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise.  The Harvard health professional follow-up study found that men who exercised 30 minutes a day were 41% less likely than sedentary men to experience erectile dysfunction.  Exercise helps women, too in one study, 20 minutes of cycling boosted women’s sexual arousal by 169%. It also helps to reduce tension, after sex a person had a better sleep.
